Technology Executive Communications

Location: Hybrid, with on-site and off-site work at an assigned hirify.global site; primary location in Santa Clara, California, with additional locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and Hillsboro, Oregon, United States.

Annual salary: $121,390–$204,980 USD.

What you will do

• Partner with senior technology executives to develop communications strategies aligned with business priorities and advise them on messaging, audience engagement, and narrative development.
• Create executive-level presentations, speeches, talking points, employee communications, videos, Q&A materials, and leadership messaging.
• Translate complex technologies, business strategies, customer needs, and industry trends into clear communications for diverse internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with communications, marketing, HR, product, engineering, legal, and executive office stakeholders on milestones, launches, organizational changes, and leadership events.
• Monitor sentiment, engagement, and communication effectiveness, using audience feedback and performance insights to refine strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Candidates with an engineering or technical-related degree may also be considered when they have communications experience.
• 6+ years of experience in the technology industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a large, complex, or technology-focused organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical fluency without necessarily being an engineer, business acumen, curiosity, and the ability to simplify complex information.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in ambiguous environments while influencing stakeholders across functions.
