Strategist - PCM, France (Fintech)

Location: Remote in France, with an assigned workspace in the Paris office

Salary: Up to €120,000 gross per year, plus possible variable pay

What you will do

• Coach and develop Portfolio Managers through structured sessions, performance support, and ongoing progression.
• Close new business opportunities generated by Portfolio Managers and help improve conversion performance.
• Support personal development across technical, sales, industry, and commercial knowledge.
• Define and execute client acquisition strategies for private equity and investment fund clients in the French market.
• Build and manage a prospect pipeline across the Private Capital Markets vertical from first contact through closing.
• Position hirify.global in the French private equity ecosystem through direct prospecting, events, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to problem-solve with urgency, humility, and a high level of emotional intelligence.

• Strong mathematical skills and a competitive mindset focused on continuous self-improvement and exceeding targets.

Nice to have

• Understanding of FX markets and interest rates, including debt and investment instruments.
• Familiarity with spot and derivative products such as forwards, swaps, and options.
