hirify.global is an international fintech company operating in the FX and online trading market since 2006, focused on scalable trading infrastructure and commercial ecosystems for global client acquisition.

What you will do

• Manage and strengthen relationships with payment providers and P2P agents, including onboarding, performance reviews, commercial terms, and ongoing portfolio optimisation.
• Monitor provider performance using Analytics data, including success rates, processing times, incidents, client escalations, limits, reserves, and settlement terms.
• Negotiate tariffs, limits, reserves, and other commercial conditions to reduce payment costs and expand coverage across countries and payment methods.
• Resolve systemic provider issues such as mass declines, settlement delays, and risk-policy changes in collaboration with Analytics.
• Maintain primary and backup provider maps, provider contacts, P2P agent performance, disputes, and quarterly market coverage reviews.
• Coordinate provider offboarding, route migration, balance closure, annual license and sanctions reviews, and provide backup for the Onboarding Team Lead.

Requirements

• 3+ years of account or partnership management experience at a PSP, acquirer, or payment orchestrator, or in the payments team of a forex/CFD broker, iGaming, fintech, or crypto company.
• Strong understanding of payment economics, including percentage and fixed fees, FX markup, rolling reserves, settlement terms, and limits.
• Knowledge of emerging-market payment methods, including cards, local bank transfers, e-wallets, QR, mobile money, P2P, and crypto.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial terms with payment providers.
• Understanding of providers’ KYB and AML requirements.
• Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets to compare offers and analyse volumes and costs.
• Fluent English at C1 level.
• Higher education in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and long-term relationship-building skills, ownership of provider issues through closure, and the ability to manage multiple providers and open issues in parallel.

Nice to have

• Ukrainian and Russian language skills.
• Experience in high-risk verticals such as forex/CFD, iGaming, or crypto.
• Experience with P2P or payment agent networks.
