Senior Associate Finance Business Partner (Global COGS and Gross Margin)

What you will do

• Support global Gross Margin planning, forecasting, modelling, reporting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Maintain the Global True COGS by SKU database and monthly product costing data for actuals, budgets, outlooks, and mid-year estimates.
• Prepare Gross Margin Contribution and Price-Volume-Mix analysis, performance commentary, and actionable profitability insights.
• Partner with Procurement, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, regional clusters, and entity finance teams on cost, pricing, and reporting activities.
• Upload Cost per Unit and Freight data into Tagetik, calculate COGS, and process COGS true-up journals where required.
• Lead data quality, governance, financial control, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Gross Margin Finance, or related finance roles.
• Experience managing product costing, COGS analysis, profitability reporting, and financial planning activities.
• Experience in multinational or global business environments, working with large datasets, financial systems, and reporting tools.
• Experience partnering with Procurement, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance stakeholders.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, modelling, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, business partnering, communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights, manage multiple priorities independently, and work in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and focus on process efficiency and governance.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Experience using Tagetik, SAP, or similar enterprise planning and reporting systems.
