Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Windows/Ansible)

Location: Hybrid in Katowice, Poland; candidates must be located in Poland and willing to commute to the Katowice office.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain a centralized credential management service for Windows server environments.
• Build secure automated credential retrieval and usage through Ansible/AWX workflows based on requesting users and target systems.
• Define credential deployment, lifecycle management, rotation, and time-bound access processes across Windows servers.
• Implement granular access controls for individual servers and server groups, including Administrator and Standard User privilege tiers.
• Conduct technical studies, proof-of-concepts, solution assessments, and integrations within a complex enterprise IT ecosystem.
• Lead implementation and operationalization while managing priorities, risks, stakeholders, and technical deliverables and ensuring DevSecOps adherence.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and security.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible automation, ideally including AWX.
• Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Credential Management solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing secure authentication and credential management solutions.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, identity and access management, and privileged access management concepts.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives from assessment through implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent French and English, spoken and written.
• Availability for a 6-month engagement; any extension depends on project requirements and is not guaranteed.

Nice to have

• ITIL v4.
• Certifications in Automation, Cloud, Security, or Infrastructure Architecture.
