Senior Network Engineer (Traffic Segregation)

Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warszawa, or Łódź, with 2/3 days per week from the office.

Salary: 900–1,140 PLN/day on B2B.

What you will do

• Analyse NICs, IP addressing, VLANs, network zones, and existing traffic paths in a complex enterprise environment.
• Validate data and management traffic flows with application and infrastructure teams.
• Identify backup, replication, and other traffic types using the management path.
• Define the target network architecture, connectivity model, and migration approach.
• Assess NIC port availability and infrastructure capacity constraints.
• Support migration execution, troubleshoot issues, and perform post-migration validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, network infrastructure, or related senior networking roles.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking environments.
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and VLAN configuration.
• Solid understanding of network segmentation principles and connectivity design.
• Experience delivering infrastructure migration initiatives within enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• English is used daily in the international work environment.
