What you will do

• Execute global sustainability initiatives and translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Sustainability Analyst team while ensuring accountability, quality, and timely delivery.
• Manage the annual Sustainability Report, ESG disclosures, stakeholder questionnaires, and related reporting activities.
• Support readiness for sustainability regulations and reporting frameworks, including GRI, SASB, TCFD/ISSB, and CDP.
• Oversee sustainability data collection, reporting systems, governance, internal controls, and Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions reporting.
• Coordinate customer sustainability requests, product sustainability initiatives, executive reporting, assurance activities, and cross-functional engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental programs, climate management, or corporate reporting.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex programs, projects, or cross-functional teams in a global organization.
• Experience with ESG reporting, sustainability data management, regulatory readiness, and carbon accounting.
• Knowledge of GRI, SASB, TCFD/ISSB, and CDP reporting frameworks.
• Familiarity with greenhouse gas accounting and Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across global teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, electronics, or technology industries.
• Experience with sustainability reporting platforms, data governance, and assurance processes.
• Knowledge of product sustainability, lifecycle assessment, and circular economy principles.
• Familiarity with sustainability regulations across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Professional certification in sustainability, environmental management, or ESG.
