Corporate Responsability Manager

Location: New York, NY, USA; the position may involve some travel.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually.

What you will do

• Manage the annual emissions inventory for operations across more than 40 offices and analyze environmental and social indicators.
• Manage annual carbon footprint and ESG reporting, including data collection, metrics, and public updates.
• Coordinate carbon offsets and renewable energy credit initiatives.
• Coordinate the international network of more than 80 Green Champions and organize Earth Week and other internal events.
• Manage the corporate responsibility grants program and support TT Gives Back, volunteer hours, student mentoring, service trips, and matching contributions.
• Coordinate ACE Mentorship reporting, champions, communications, and collaboration with business leadership teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience with sustainability inventories or carbon footprint assessments.
• Strong experience using Excel for data management.
• Experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Proven technical analysis, mathematics, and research skills.
• Experience coordinating employee engagement initiatives.
• Organized, self-directed, practical, analytical, and willing to explore new areas and skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in business, sustainability, energy, or planning.
• Experience with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and GRI.
