Sr. SAP Business Systems Analyst, OTC/Vistex

Location: Libertyville, Illinois, US. Hybrid work environment with a minimum of 4 office days per week. Travel, including international travel, may be required up to 20%. US work sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 yearly, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Corporate Bonus Plan.

What you will do

• Analyze current business processes, elicit requirements, develop functional designs, and implement process solutions and SAP enhancements.
• Translate requirements and functional designs into unit, integration, and regression test plans; perform testing and support user acceptance.
• Create and maintain process overviews, functional specifications, process flows, and other documentation.
• Train business counterparts and share process best practices across the organization.
• Lead routine process changes and system enhancements with oversight from senior IT resources.
• Build relationships with business users and managers while collaborating across departments and supporting organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related business function.
• At least 5 years of experience in business process analysis and design with SAP or a comparable ERP package.
• Deep ERP application knowledge covering business-process configuration, module integration points, master data, and transactional execution.
• Order-to-cash expertise, including sales processes and integrations with EDI, OCR order management, Salesforce, portals, logistics, Boomi middleware, Delego, BW reporting, IBP, RPA, and related tools.
• Strong Vistex experience with pricing, contracts, rebates, price agreements, GPO membership, chargeback claims, transaction registers, rebate tracking and settlement, Data Objects, Automatic Data Maintenance, and relevant EDI integrations.
• Process knowledge in warehousing and distribution, including storage, inventory management, fulfillment, transportation, and integrations with order-to-cash, planning, and finance.
• Working knowledge of SAP BI, SAP ABAP Query, SAP Report Writer, Visio, Excel, and/or Access.
• Strong business requirements elicitation, analytical, financial, verbal, and written communication skills, including documentation of complex processes and technical content.
• English fluency is required.
