Senior Program Manager (Accessibility)

Location: San Francisco headquarters or hub locations in Seattle, Los Angeles, Irvine, or New York City, with West Coast (PST) working hours.

Salary: $129,500–$175,100 annually for Seattle, Los Angeles, and Irvine; $142,400–$192,600 annually for San Francisco and New York.

What you will do

• Own the accessibility program design, education and enablement, auditing, and testing output across hirify.global.
• Serve as the accessibility subject-matter expert, advise product and partner teams, and lead process and tooling integration, including AI where appropriate.
• Manage accessibility intake, backlog, prioritization, operational reporting, and communications with engineering, product, and design leaders.
• Lead QA execution, manage QA specialists and third-party vendors, and partner with engineers to integrate automated accessibility testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Deliver high-impact accessibility changes and programs across products in collaboration with engineering, design, product management, and research.
• Partner with legal, research, policy, and communications teams on benchmarking, goal-setting, reporting, and execution; develop educational programs, guidelines, and resources.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building accessibility programs, QA, and scalable accessibility practices.
• Expertise in accessibility best practices, guidelines, and regulations, specifically WCAG 2.2+ AA and the CVAA.
• Ability to advise the executive team on accessibility risk assessment.
• Experience creating and leading an accessibility program from the ground up, including creating, documenting, proactively managing, and driving deliverables.
• Experience consulting product, design, engineering, and legal teams on accessibility audits, code reviews, and advisory services.
• Experience with consumer product accessibility for video and communications products across desktop, smartphone, gaming console, and OTT devices.
• Awareness of assistive technologies for people with disabilities.
• Experience with Figma, Jira, and similar product development tools.

Nice to have

• Understanding of and familiarity with AI tooling and accessibility test automation.
• Familiarity with hirify.global as a user, streamer, or both.
