Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation, delivering them on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with design, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams on project requirements and goals.
• Perform engineering analyses and simulations to validate designs and identify improvements.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, designs, and reports in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses, review engineering designs and changes, and support stakeholder presentations.
• Mentor junior engineers and support quality initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing or technical environment; 6 or more years if the highest education is secondary education.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the discipline, including CAD or simulation software.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, design methodologies, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
