Project Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of manufacturing and industrial projects from inception through post-delivery support.
• Review sales handoff packages and coordinate structural and electrical design packages with CAD, structural design, and electrical engineering teams.
• Process customer, professional engineer, and state approval feedback; issue CAD redlines and lead quality-control reviews before production.
• Monitor non-stock item lead times, production schedules, delivery timelines, customer updates, transportation, permits, and safe site delivery.
• Coordinate with shop supervisors, site and delivery coordinators, purchasing, estimating, finance, and customers.
• Manage post-delivery service tickets and prepare change orders with updated pricing and scope adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; a combination of education and experience is considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interface with and influence internal and external customers at all levels.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience.
• Project management experience in manufacturing, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics, with the ability to understand project requirements and communicate with engineering and production teams.
