IT Admin (Cybersecurity)

Location: US, Remote

Salary: $115,000–$151,000 annually, plus equity in the form of stock options.

hirify.global is a remote cybersecurity company developing NodeZero, a platform for autonomous penetration testing and security assessment operations.

What you will do

• Administer Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Loom, including provisioning, deprovisioning, groups, permission schemes, licensing, and configuration requests.
• Configure Jira and Confluence projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, and automation rules.
• Configure JSM request types, queues, forms, and SLAs, using ticket and SLA performance data for tuning.
• Deliver moderately complex improvements end to end, from requirements through rollout and documentation.
• Monitor Workato recipe runs, troubleshoot failures, support citizen developers, and escalate complex issues with diagnostic detail.
• Apply RBAC and least-privilege access, conduct access and license reviews, automate repetitive administration, maintain documentation, and report on platform health.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT, business systems administration, or SaaS platform administration.
• Hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence, or comparable work management or ITSM platforms, in an organization with multiple teams.
• Experience configuring non-default workflows, custom fields, automation rules, and service management SLAs or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of RBAC and least-privilege access, including permission schemes and user lifecycle management on SaaS platforms.
• Experience managing request queues and resolving access and configuration issues within service levels.
• Ability to scope, plan, and complete moderately complex projects with little direction from a manager.
• Ability to write clear documentation and user guidance for technical and non-technical employees.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot integration or automation logs, isolate failures, and escalate them with useful detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting a distributed or remote-first workforce.
• Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence or comparable platforms; Workato or a similar iPaaS platform; Atlassian automation rules and workflow configuration; and basic APIs and webhooks.

• Atlassian cloud administration at scale, including permission schemes, licensing, and migrations.
• Workato or similar iPaaS recipe monitoring, connection management, or error triage.
• Experience supporting governed self-service automation programs for business users.
• Python or JavaScript scripting skills for automating administration.
• Interest in growing toward integration and solution engineering.
• Atlassian, Workato, or similar certifications.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
