Business Applications Manager (AI)

hirify.global develops an AI-powered cognitive banking platform that analyzes real-time transactional data to help financial institutions provide proactive financial guidance.

What you will do

• Own the SaaS and business application portfolio end to end, including system health, configurations, integrations, APIs, synchronization, availability, vendors, renewals, and licenses.
• Optimize existing systems by activating unused features, improving configurations, and automating manual processes.
• Design and manage permission models, role-based access, joiner-mover-leaver processes, SSO/SCIM provisioning, access reviews, and self-service request and approval workflows.
• Maintain SaaS inventory, map application overlap, and lead consolidation or decommissioning activities.
• Evaluate and approve new tools based on technical fit, security, compliance, and commercial value.
• Partner with business departments to translate needs into system configurations, automations, integrations, and AI or agentic AI implementations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business applications or SaaS operations, including hands-on end-to-end ownership of at least three business platforms covering configuration, integrations, and permissions; first-line support experience alone is insufficient.
• Hands-on administration of a work management platform such as Monday.com, Jira, or Asana, including boards, automations, integrations, and permission structures.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience with deep SharePoint Online expertise covering site architecture, permissions, document management, and lifecycle.
• Proven experience designing and enforcing access and permission models, including SSO and SCIM or directory-based provisioning.
• Practical experience implementing AI tools and AI-driven automation in a business environment, with evidence of streamlining real processes and demonstrating time or quality gains.
• Experience working directly with business departments and translating their needs into system solutions.
• Project management skills for running multi-stakeholder implementations or migrations from scoping through rollout and adoption, including timelines, dependencies, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication. Formal certification is not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS management platforms such as Torii or Zluri.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise LLM platforms and agentic AI, including Claude Enterprise, MCPs, connectors, or agent frameworks.
• Experience leading a system consolidation or migration project.
