AI Admin

Location: US, Remote. The role is remote; some roles may require regular in-office presence at the Chicago office.

Base salary: $115,000–$151,000 annually. Full-time roles are also eligible for equity in the form of stock options.

hirify.global is a remote cybersecurity company developing NodeZero, a platform for autonomous penetration testing and security assessment operations.

What you will do

• Administer Glean and Rovo, including connectors, user access, permissions, configuration, agent availability, settings, and usage monitoring.
• Configure and support Projects, Skills, Gems, and agents in Claude, Gemini, and AWS Bedrock, including access groups and workspace settings.
• Manage provisioning, deprovisioning, licensing, and role-based access control for AI platforms.
• Build and maintain lower-complexity agents, Projects, Skills, and Gems, escalating complex builds to the Senior Engineer.
• Implement least-privilege access and data-handling standards, validate connector permissions against source systems, and monitor for misuse, permission drift, and data exposure.
• Maintain AI tool and connector records, track platform changes, write user guidance, and report on adoption, license utilization, and platform health.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering at least one enterprise AI, enterprise search, or comparable SaaS platform, including users, roles, permissions, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience configuring Projects, Skills, Gems, agents, or similar capabilities in at least one of Claude, Gemini, Glean, Rovo, or AWS Bedrock.
• Understanding of RBAC, least-privilege access, and how source-system permissions affect AI data retrieval and exposure.
• Experience troubleshooting connector, access, and configuration problems and escalating them with clear diagnostic details.
• Ability to scope, plan, and complete moderately complex projects with little direction.
• Ability to write clear guidance and documentation for technical and non-technical employees and follow data-handling and security requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT, business systems administration, or SaaS platform administration, including hands-on work with AI or enterprise search platforms.
• Experience supporting a distributed or remote-first workforce.
• Experience with at least one of Glean, Rovo, Claude, Gemini, or AWS Bedrock; working knowledge of Jira and Confluence; understanding of SSO and identity-provider concepts; and basic familiarity with APIs and connector-based integrations.

• Enterprise AI or search platform deployment or administration across a company, including adoption measurement.
• Agents, Projects, Skills, or Gems used by teams in daily work.
• Experience reviewing AI tool access against data-classification or compliance requirements such as SOC 2.
• Scripting skills in Python or JavaScript for admin automation.
• Interest in growing toward integration and solution engineering.
• Relevant AWS, Atlassian, or similar certifications.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
