Design Coordinator (Gas Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities and engineering design information across multiple projects.
• Manage design programmes, deliverables, trackers, document control, changes, and revisions.
• Chair design coordination meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure design reviews and responses to technical queries are completed on time.
• Support project planning, procurement, design clash resolution, and constructability reviews.
• Support project handover and as-built documentation while ensuring compliance with company design management procedures.

Requirements

• Background in engineering or construction.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Experience with gas industry standards and GDN specifications.
• Knowledge of IGEM standards and G17 and/or G35 specifications.
• Knowledge of BIM and common data environments.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Understanding of the project lifecycle and design management.
