AMS Senior Consultant (SAP Business One)

What you will do

• Lead customer discussions to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and objectives, translating them into SAP Business One solutions.
• Manage and resolve complex application issues with the technical team through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Provide functional support, system configuration, and process optimization to improve SAP Business One performance and business efficiency.
• Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Recommend workarounds, new features, and additional modules to maximize system utilization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Business One support and/or implementation.
• Strong understanding of SAP Business One core modules and commonly used add-ons.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and SAP B1 HANA.
• Proven experience with SAP Business One upgrades and version migrations.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Business One.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and perform root cause analysis with the technical team.
• Ability to create documentation and high-level development specifications.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and native-level French.
• Strong service mindset, customer-oriented approach, communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, collaboration, prioritization, and self-management skills.
• Ability to work from home.
