Design Verification Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully onsite in Mountain View, California, United States

Salary: $200,000–$320,000 base salary plus equity

hirify.global is hiring for an early-stage AI infrastructure startup developing next-generation AI compute hardware and an AI-native compute platform from the silicon up.

What you will do

• Build verification environments and UVM infrastructure from scratch.
• Develop scalable verification methodology for a new AI compute architecture.
• Own verification across both block and SoC levels.
• Debug RTL and system-level issues.
• Work with modern SoC architectures, interconnects, and verification methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience building verification environments and UVM infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong debugging skills across RTL and system-level issues.
• Experience with modern SoC architectures, interconnects, and verification methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-performance compute, AI accelerators, CPUs, or GPUs.
• Exposure to emulation, post-silicon bring-up, or high-speed interfaces such as PCIe or DDR.
