Strategy Intern - Organisational Development

hirify.global is a luxury cruise brand within MSC Cruises, operating in the hospitality and travel sector.

What you will do

• Research industry trends, market developments, business models, emerging technologies, and relevant best practices.
• Support corporate and functional strategy initiatives covering growth, digital, artificial intelligence, commercial, product, and operating-model topics.
• Analyse business information, organisational structures, processes, and performance data to identify opportunities and strategic implications.
• Apply structured problem-solving frameworks, develop options, and prepare actionable recommendations.
• Support operating-model and governance design, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and cross-functional ways of working.
• Provide project-management support through planning, progress tracking, stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, action follow-up, risk identification, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, structure complex challenges, and provide insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with an agile, consultant-like approach.
• Interest in corporate strategy, business transformation, emerging technologies, and strategy execution.
• EU passport or work permit for Switzerland.
• Valid internship agreement.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with data visualisation tools.
• Familiarity with SWOT analysis, RACI matrices, business cases, operating models, market research, financial analysis, or project management.
