Consulting Associate (Strategy & Innovation)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland; hybrid model with an on-site expectation of 2–3 days per week. Travel varies by project, and Swiss work authorization is required. Candidates must be available to start in Q1 2027.

What you will do

• Collaborate with engagement teams to develop strategic client recommendations.
• Lead and manage workstreams by structuring problems, planning analyses, and delivering results.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and identify implications for clients.
• Create polished presentations and reports that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Present insights and recommendations to clients and contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.
• Apply Innosight intellectual property, emerging technologies, and generative AI to enhance recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of strategy experience in top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or transformation.
• Experience with growth strategy, M&A, corporate transformation, or business model innovation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with excellent academic performance.
• Strong ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches.
• Fluency in English, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Swiss work authorization and willingness to work onsite in Zurich 2–3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools, including business applications.
• Industry experience in Industrial, Materials, Financial Services, or Life Sciences, including MedTech.
• Proficiency in German or another major European language.
