What you will do

• Work with client leadership teams to define IT strategies, secure buy-in, and transform business potential into performance.
• Deploy digital platforms and architectures using cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization.
• Lead the execution and operational management of IT strategy, architecture, and implementation solutions while managing quality, risk, expectations, and escalations.
• Evaluate and coach client technology teams, present recommendations and project results to C-level stakeholders, and lead workshops and client meetings.
• Manage, mentor, and develop consulting teams through thought leadership, feedback, knowledge sharing, and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to practice development and build BCG's digital leadership and external relationships.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
• Relevant experience at a top technology-focused consulting firm, including leading IT implementation and strategy projects.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial, creative, analytical, problem-solving, customer-focused, mentally agile, results-oriented, professional, rigorous, driven, and hard-working.
• Strong technical expertise in at least two areas: IT modernization; solution and enterprise architecture; physical and digital channels including mobile; banking and insurance platforms; applied intelligence, machine learning, RPA, chatbots, blockchain, and IoT; DevOps and bimodal IT.
• Experience managing decision processes at C-level, presenting architecture models, developing MVP architectures, and creating IT landscape modernization roadmaps.
• Deep expertise with modern toolsets in Agile environments, legacy modernization, and modern technology approaches.
• Experience driving operational and client service excellence, writing white papers, managing requirements and configuration for large-scale system implementations, and delivering IT due diligence, assessments, recommendations, and future-state designs.
• Proven practice development experience, including hiring, mentoring, and developing individuals and teams; experience leading peer-level workshops and facilitating client meetings.
• Strong business acumen and ability to frame complex problems in appropriate business contexts.
• Spanish is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• University degree with above-average academic performance in a STEM-related field or business management.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel to clients worldwide.
