What you will do

• Contribute to cross-functional teams solving complex client challenges across industries and geographies.
• Develop in-depth data analyses using advanced tools and techniques to generate business hypotheses.
• Communicate insights to clients and stakeholders, supporting decisions and change execution.
• Lead key workstreams independently while maintaining alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients on-site and support project delivery through business travel.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including experience managing teams and implementing business strategies.
• Advanced degree or exceptional professional experience beyond a bachelor's degree.
• Superior analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and solution-development skills.
• Ability to adapt across projects, teams, and changing project environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in diverse group settings.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish.
