Senior Analytics Engineer (Finance Data)

hirify.global is a fast-growing company building data capabilities for Finance across treasury, reconciliation, accounting, corporate finance, and investor reporting.

What you will do

• Partner with Treasury, Reconciliation, and Accounting on processes, priorities, and data needs.
• Build trusted treasury data products covering positions, cash flows, and liquidity.
• Scale reconciliation so matching, breaks, and exceptions are handled systematically.
• Support accounting close and daily work with data, checks, and integrations, and support corporate finance and investor reporting through shared models and definitions.
• Design and evolve Finance data models, entities, and metrics with tests, lineage, documentation, standards, quality checks, and integrations.
• Identify process improvements and introduce automation and agents where they reduce recurring manual work.

Requirements

• Experience working in or closely with Finance, including treasury, reconciliation, accounting, or FP&A-focused data work.
• Understanding of finance functions, including close, cash and liquidity, reconciliations, and resulting reports.
• Expert SQL and strong dimensional or semantic data-modelling skills.
• Experience building metrics and data products used by other teams.
• ETL and data warehouse or lakehouse experience, including onboarding data sources end to end.
• Ability to prioritize precision over speed when they conflict.
• Ability to understand business processes, propose solutions, and connect them to business value.
• English is the working language.

Nice to have

• Databricks and Unity Catalog.
• Experience integrating ERP, accounting, banking, or treasury systems.
• Workflow automation or agents in finance processes.
• CI/CD, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Background in fintech, banking, or payments.
