ISDA Negotiator - Institutional Equities Documentation

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid); valid UK working permit is mandatory.

What you will do

• Negotiate and manage ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes.
• Review and negotiate documentation for Prime Brokerage, Clearing, Securities Lending, Equity Finance, and OTC Derivatives activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, counterparties, and external legal counsel during negotiations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Operations, Onboarding, and Front Office stakeholders to support onboarding and trading readiness.
• Assess contractual, legal, operational, and credit risks and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Complete documentation accurately within agreed timelines, maintain records, provide stakeholder updates, and support counterparty relationship setup.

Requirements

• Proven experience negotiating ISDA documentation within an investment bank, broker-dealer, financial institution, or consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, OTC Derivatives Documentation, Prime Brokerage Documentation, Clearing Documentation, and Securities Lending Agreements.
• Experience working with hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and other institutional clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify and manage legal, operational, and credit risks associated with trading documentation.
• Valid permission to work in the UK.
