What you will do

• Negotiate clinical trial contracts with research sites and ensure agreements meet timeline, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Manage contract changes, additional agreements, contract terms, payment schedules, and budget templates.
• Support contract planning and study start-up activities for assigned sponsors, studies, and programs.
• Help develop investigator grants, site budgets, contracting plans, and proposal documents.
• Collaborate with sponsors, legal teams, study teams, stakeholders, and regional start-up teams to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Provide contract guidance, gather market information, and monitor milestones and financial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in clinical research contract management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
