Senior Director, Finance (MedTech)

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States

Annualized base salary: $186,400–$331,200; bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the North America Breast & Skeletal Health commercial organization and collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Global Business Unit, and Finance leaders.
• Lead FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, performance management, revenue planning, and OPEX management.
• Provide financial insight for revenue growth, margin improvement, pricing decisions, commercial execution, and investment decisions.
• Support pricing analysis, deal reviews, offer development, territory alignment, sales incentives, and evaluation of complex customer deal risks and opportunities.
• Improve reporting, forecasting, and planning processes while driving alignment with international finance colleagues across regions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team and provide clear recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Significant progressive finance experience, including FP&A, commercial finance, and business partnering.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Strong experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, revenue planning, profitability analysis, pricing, deal review, or commercial operations.
• Strong business judgment, with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed, and evolving organization.
• Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, analytical, communication, and executive presence skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear insights, recommendations, and business actions.
• Collaborative, adaptable, proactive leadership style and comfort leading through change and organizational transformation.

Nice to have

• MedTech experience.
• MBA, CPA, or similar advanced qualification.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, financial planning tools, and business intelligence platforms.
