Full Stack and Agentic AI Engineer (AI)

Location: London, primarily on-site. UK citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Remain required.

Salary: £60,000–£90,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own product development end to end across the TypeScript frontend, Python backend, data layer, and agent tooling.
• Build LLM-powered product features and agentic workflows that turn chat into operational workflows.
• Implement tool use, structured outputs, and evaluation workflows.
• Work with Postgres, SQL, and operational data.
• Improve reliability, latency, and graceful failure handling.
• Develop and deploy customer-facing products.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of strong production engineering experience.
• Strong frontend and backend engineering skills using TypeScript and Python.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered products beyond the demo stage.
• Top CS degree.
• UK citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Remain.
• Ability to work primarily on-site in London.
