Founding Full Stack & Agentic AI Engineer

Location: Onsite in London, United Kingdom; must be a UK citizen and able to work onsite in London.

Salary: £60,000–£90,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build autonomous AI agents that execute real-world workflows rather than only generate responses.
• Develop full-stack products using TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Build LLM tool-calling systems, workflow orchestration, and structured data integrations.
• Develop reliable AI systems with robust evaluations, permission controls, and failure handling.
• Shape the product and technical direction as part of the founding team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript and Python skills.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered products into production.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, tool calling, and workflow automation.
• UK citizenship and ability to work onsite in London.
