AI Native Full Stack Developer

Location: Warsaw, Poland, or remote worldwide

What you will do

• Build scalable full stack products with Go backend services and React, Vue, and TypeScript interfaces.
• Design and ship agentic features, including LLM-backed workflows, tool-using agents, and retrieval over real client data.
• Take AI prototypes to production with evaluation, guardrails, and controlled cost and latency.
• Build test-driven services and APIs using an API-first approach with Go, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, Vertex AI, and Google Cloud.
• Use coding agents as part of the daily development workflow and help improve their use across the team.
• Own projects and contribute new ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science is required.
• At least 5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong backend skills in Go, or willingness to move to Go from another statically typed language.
• Solid frontend skills with React or Vue and TypeScript.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including reading, reviewing, debugging, and taking responsibility for generated code.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including prompt design, tool and function calling, RAG, or agent frameworks.
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure, ideally Google Cloud, including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Vertex AI.
• Written and spoken English.
• Curiosity and passion for a rapidly changing field.
