Software Engineer (Java) (Crypto)

hirify.global is building an onchain banking platform that lets users spend stablecoins with a debit card, earn yield on balances, and move money while retaining custody.

What you will do

• Integrate card issuing processors, card acquirers, bank processors, and other third-party providers into payment flows.
• Build APIs for mobile and web applications.
• Support integration of the in-house ledger with the blockchain alongside blockchain and backend engineers.
• Maintain the CI/CD pipeline and security infrastructure with the Engineering team.
• Help define the platform technical roadmap and architecture, establish maintainable test-driven coding standards, and own projects from delivery through completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Fluency in Java.
• Ability to work in Europe or European time zones.
• Experience with Java 24, AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Ability to define technical direction, drive projects, and establish high-quality, maintainable, test-driven code standards.

Nice to have

• Crypto experience.
