Climate Product Marketing Specialist (Sustainability & Climate)

What you will do

• Deliver solutions marketing campaigns across the Americas from planning through execution, including audience segmentation, targeting, and success metrics.
• Source and manage advertising and sponsored content opportunities supporting product and research campaigns.
• Project-manage campaign deliverables across internal functions and with external agencies and developers.
• Develop and oversee website content, creative concepts, and digital-first educational tools for Sustainability & Climate landing pages.
• Maintain evergreen collateral, pitchbooks, factsheets, brochures, and client-centric materials while prioritizing requests from client coverage and product teams.
• Support digital and in-person events, manage the Sustainability & Climate awards program, report campaign performance, and monitor sustainability and climate investing trends, regulations, reporting requirements, and asset-owner commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within financial services or professional services.
• Understanding of and passion for sustainability, climate investing, and/or corporate responsibility in the investment context.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex sustainability and climate insights into clear, client-ready narratives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills, including experience managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to embrace and take ownership of projects.
• Global awareness and sensitivity when working across time zones and cultures.
