Expert Lead Growth Strategy (Fintech)

Location: Bruxelles Avenue Marnix (ING), Belgium; onsite full-time role.

What you will do

• Develop and orchestrate a centralized customer development strategy across product tribes, customer segments, and channels.
• Lead allocated personalization, analytics, and digital sales teams in designing and implementing commercial approaches for customer sub-segments.
• Build an iterative cross-channel commercial approach optimized for conversion and cost.
• Help define and shape the retail customer development strategy.
• Prepare and syndicate growth updates for executive leadership, including the BoD, MBB, and ExCo.
• Lead strategic retail growth projects, including a One Bank approach across retail and business banking.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business or Engineering, combined with an MBA or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a similar field, ideally at Engagement Manager or Project Leader level.
• Strong commercial focus and analytical skills for identifying opportunities and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Experience working with senior management and translating business strategies into actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
• Proven track record as a results-oriented leader working with diverse multidisciplinary teams of CJEs, data analysts, designers, and engineers.
• Ability to build connections with and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of existing and emerging digital, data, and martech technologies.
• Ambitious, proactive, positive mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Fluent English in writing and speech.
