What you will do

• Develop and coordinate integrated media and digital plans for a major client.
• Translate strategic recommendations into concrete media plans and coordinate campaign implementation across multiple channels.
• Act as a senior client contact and build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with activation, communication planning, data and analytics, and client teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and develop data- and insight-based optimization recommendations.
• Manage timelines, quality standards, and budgets while coaching less experienced team members.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in media, digital planning, or client services.
• Strong knowledge of digital media and the current media landscape.
• Experience in a client-facing environment and managing complex client relationships.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and credibility when engaging with clients and colleagues.
• Proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented, collaborative, approachable, assertive, and decisive when required.
• Comfort taking ownership, embracing challenges, and maintaining oversight in demanding situations.
• Fluent Dutch and English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French.
