Portfolio Optimization Graduate (Payments)

Location: Hybrid in Frankfurt, Germany; at least 3 days per week in the office. Full, permanent right to work in Germany is required.

What you will do

• Support client-facing Portfolio Optimization projects by using data and analysis to identify opportunities to grow and improve card portfolios.
• Analyze and interpret data to develop insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support the development of new hirify.global Consulting & Analytics solution offerings and client propositions.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to develop and improve data-driven solutions for European markets.
• Test new workflows and tools, contribute to industrialization initiatives, and identify ways to improve consulting delivery.
• Work with client-facing teams and internal stakeholders across Central Europe and the wider European organization.

Requirements

• Graduating in 2027 and ready to start full-time by October 5, 2027.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German; German is essential for key banking clients in the market.
• Full, permanent right to work in Germany; hirify.global sponsorship is not provided.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an interest in technology, consulting, and the payments industry.
• Ability and motivation to work with data.
