Deployment Strategist - Germany Forward Deployed

Location: Wiesbaden, Germany; hybrid workplace with onsite customer meetings and 25–75% travel required.

Salary: $110,000–$170,000 per year, excluding potential sign-on bonuses, benefits, restricted stock units, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Meet with customer analysts onsite to understand critical questions, workflows, and pain points.
• Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible data pipelines.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and deliver product demonstrations.
• Lead training sessions to improve product adoption and operational impact.
• Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
• Work with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into broader product offerings and scope potential engagements in new industries and locations.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance with eligibility and willingness to obtain SCI.
• Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Adaptive and introspective approach, with willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
• Ability to travel 25–75%, varying by location and team.

Nice to have

• Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL.
