Digital Analytics & Performance Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid (remote/office), Germany; locations listed as Mülheim an der Ruhr, Nordrhein-Westfalen, and Nuremberg, Bayern.

What you will do

• Own KPI frameworks and performance reporting, including the development and improvement of Power BI dashboards.
• Conduct complex data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and provide actionable management insights.
• Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives using AI and modern technologies.
• Build cross-functional collaboration between Field Service, IT, business data, and technology stakeholders.
• Identify and implement technical and operational improvements using analytical and Lean methods.
• Challenge existing approaches and promote data-driven ways of working.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and implementing AI-driven tools; recent graduates are also eligible.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboard development, data modelling, data visualisation, KPI design, and data quality governance.
• Certification in Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or a comparable certification.
• Strong interest in Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and process optimisation.
• Experience in AI-enabled solution design, process digitisation, automation, and digital prototyping.
• Strong ownership, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, customer orientation, and project management skills.
• Fluent German and English skills.
