Working Student (f/m/d) Procurement Data, Analytics & Digital Solutions

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid remote/office work

What you will do

• Analyze existing data sources in Procurement and Cost Value Engineering to identify requirements for current and future business processes.
• Document data structures, data flows, and responsibilities to support a data governance framework.
• Assess data quality, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare analyses, reports, and management presentations.
• Explore AI and analytics use cases, focusing on price forecasting and supplier analytics.
• Support the operation and enhancement of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Have initial experience or a strong interest in data analytics, database management, and Power Platform applications gained through university projects or internships.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Have very good professional German and good English language skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python.
