Location: Solna, Göteborg, Karlskrona, Linköping, Malmö or Stockholm, Sweden; some travel is required to meet teams and business stakeholders. Alternative locations may be possible.

What you will do

• Lead, develop and engage employees and leaders within Special Purpose Environments.
• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for specialised IT environments and capabilities.
• Transform legacy infrastructure into modern on-premises and cloud-based solutions while balancing innovation, security, compliance and operational requirements.
• Accelerate Infrastructure as Code, automation and modern infrastructure operating practices.
• Establish global guardrails, common platforms and standardised ways of working across local teams.
• Enable secure and resilient environments supporting R&D, manufacturing, engineering, support functions and future digital capabilities.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
• Extensive experience leading infrastructure or platform teams with responsibility for operational delivery and service performance.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, hybrid infrastructure and infrastructure transformation.
• Experience migrating legacy platforms to modern cloud-enabled environments.
• Experience leading Infrastructure as Code, automation and modern infrastructure operating practices.
• Understanding of security-sensitive and regulated environments, plus experience supporting R&D, manufacturing, engineering or other specialised business environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in large, complex and global organisations.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• The position requires passing security vetting under current security protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply for roles requiring security clearance.
