Team Manager – Secure Infrastructure (Cybersecurity)

Location: Stockholm, hybrid. Applicants must have Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.

What you will do

• Lead and support a team of senior experts across hypervisor platforms, on-premises infrastructure, networking, cloud, endpoint management, identity, and Microsoft 365.
• Coach team members, build trust, support development, enable knowledge sharing, and remove obstacles to maintain strong engagement.
• Connect sales and consultants by involving the right specialists in customer conversations and strengthening handovers.
• Improve the processes connecting customer needs with consultancy delivery.
• Work with the Head of Secure Infrastructure and Tech Leads to shape the domain and turn shared priorities into progress.
• Report to the Head of Secure Infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience in people leadership, including coaching, employee development, and building team engagement.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and ability to engage confidently with technical specialists.
• Strong communication skills, including building trust, giving constructive feedback, and navigating challenging conversations.
• Ability to connect technical and commercial perspectives and support collaboration between sales and consultancy delivery.
• Ability to translate shared priorities into clear direction and follow through on improvements.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading senior technical specialists in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with hypervisor platforms, on-premises infrastructure, networking, cloud, or Microsoft 365.
• Experience improving collaboration, handovers, and processes between sales and consulting teams.
• Experience using employee feedback and engagement measures such as eNPS to guide team improvements.
