Head of On-Prem Infrastructure & Connectivity (Private Cloud)

Location: Solna, Göteborg, Linköping or Stockholm, Sweden; alternative locations may be possible. Some travel is required to meet teams and business stakeholders.

What you will do

• Lead, develop and engage employees and leaders within the on-prem infrastructure area.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for private cloud platforms, core on-prem infrastructure services and automation capabilities.
• Ensure secure, resilient and reliable infrastructure services while driving continuous improvement in service quality.
• Drive platform modernisation through automation, Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering.
• Lead standardisation and technical debt reduction initiatives, and establish governance, standards and lifecycle management.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders, vendors and strategic partners while aligning technology investments and operations with business priorities.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading managers and technical teams in large, complex organisations.
• Extensive experience leading private cloud, infrastructure platform or enterprise infrastructure services organisations.
• Strong understanding of modern infrastructure technologies, security, resilience and service operations.
• Experience driving infrastructure modernisation through automation, Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering.
• Experience establishing governance, standards and effective operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align business and technology priorities.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Security vetting is required; positions requiring security clearance may involve additional citizenship obligations.
