Onboarding Consultant DACH & International Onboarding Consultant DACH & International (SaaS)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work. Remote work is available from anywhere in the Netherlands, with the option to work from abroad within Europe for up to 12 weeks per year and no more than 4 consecutive weeks.

What you will do

• Onboard a portfolio of new DACH and international customers and guide software implementation from A to Z.
• Help customers achieve value from the software quickly and support their business goals.
• Provide structured onboarding and host 1:1 consulting sessions.
• Give tailored advice, respond to customer issues, and follow up carefully to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure goals are met on time and support retention.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing client communication, including experience in a call center, hospitality, or events environment.
• Native-level German and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to connect easily with people and demonstrate empathy.
• Comfort working with significant freedom and autonomy, taking responsibility, and working remotely.
• Problem-solving skills, fast learning ability, and tech-savvy mindset.
• Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
