Site Project Manager (Energy Construction)

Location: Vienna, Austria; work at construction sites in and outside Germany and worldwide.

Salary: Minimum €90,000 gross/year for a full-time position under an All-In agreement; higher compensation may be offered based on experience, expertise, and skills.

What you will do

• Take overall responsibility for hirify.global onsite works, the project site, and site staff.
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities with the construction team and act as the primary contact for customers, authorities, contractors, partners, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with occupational, environmental, health, and safety requirements and lead the Zero Harm Culture for the assigned scope.
• Manage onsite execution, financial results, schedules, quality, deviations, non-conformances, contracts, and claims.
• Coordinate corrective measures, cost-based risk mitigation and opportunity schemes, cost-to-complete estimates, and erection schedule reviews.
• Maintain open-point lists, support daily and weekly site reporting, and close technical project changes before milestones such as erection system completion.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in the construction of complex industrial projects, including EPC and/or consortium projects.
• At least 5 years of onsite experience in a leading position as an electrical, mechanical, or civil site lead on major construction sites.
• Willingness to work at construction sites in and outside Germany.
• Knowledge of construction and commissioning processes and methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge and competence in EHS policies, practices, regulations, and plans for onsite work on complex construction projects.
• Proven experience leading multinational teams in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Higher education degree in an electrical or civil engineering discipline.
