Project Manager - Control Engineering (M/F/D)

Location: Wels, Austria, with flexible working hours and a generous home office model; approximately 30% international travel required.

Minimum gross basic salary: €62,242 per year based on full-time employment; higher salary possible depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Lead project-specific teams of specialists to deliver international projects efficiently, professionally, and cost-effectively.
• Review contract documents and technical specifications and coordinate requirements with customers.
• Act as the main interface between internal departments, customers, suppliers, and global subsidiaries.
• Provide second-level support to the LTS team for customer inquiries and technical issues.
• Own project schedule, cost, and quality targets, including project controlling and performance monitoring.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and ensure milestone delivery.

Requirements

• Completed technical education, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience is preferred, ideally in intralogistics, together with basic PLC knowledge.
• Strong customer focus, professionalism, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
• High initiative and confident decision-making abilities.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel internationally, approximately 30%.
