Supervisor Controls (M/F/D)

Location: Onsite in Wels, Austria, with international travel to customer sites

Salary: Minimum gross basic salary of €48,347 per year for full-time employment; additional expense allowances depend on travel activity.

What you will do

• Coordinate commissioning teams and Controls testing activities at customer sites.
• Plan and organize functional, performance, and project-specific tests with Controls project management.
• Ensure readiness for testing across personnel, materials, hardware, software, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate interfaces between commissioning, electrical installation, mechanical engineering, IT, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage structured handoffs from electrical installation to Controls commissioning and from commissioning to IT.
• Report test progress, open issues, risks, and deviations, escalating critical issues early.

Requirements

• Completed technical training, ideally in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in control system commissioning, test coordination, or implementing automated systems.
• Basic knowledge of control engineering, material flow, and system implementation processes.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and confidence when interacting with project stakeholders.
• Good command of German and English.
• Class B driver's license and a strong willingness to travel internationally.
