Sales Engineer, Spare Parts (Marine)

Location: Tampere, Finland; other locations include Raisio and Vantaa. Full-time, onsite role with occasional travel.

What you will do

• Manage assigned customer accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations and provide technical support for marine spare parts solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues with internal stakeholders.
• Recommend suitable spare parts solutions based on customer needs.
• Contribute to process improvements and excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Engineering or another relevant technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, spare parts sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience working in an international business environment.
• Technical understanding of industrial equipment and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Proactive, self-driven approach, accountability, independent decision-making, and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
