Research BD Manager/Director (Web3)

What you will do

• Build relationships with project communities, crypto founders, top venture capital firms, entrepreneurs, and startup ecosystem participants.
• Source and identify blockchain and cryptocurrency projects for listing on the exchange and related features.
• Maintain a strong, continuous pipeline of projects suitable for listing.
• Contribute to due diligence by evaluating team strength, competitive positioning, tokenomics, and other opportunity factors.
• Drive internal approval processes and present listing rationales to senior leaders.
• Coordinate deal sourcing and terms negotiation across teams, attend relevant global events, and represent the organization.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant asset-listing experience in crypto businesses, venture capital, or exchanges.
• In-depth understanding and relevant experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including trends, themes, and tokenomics.
• Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Strong written and analytical skills for deal analysis and internal reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills for regular meetings with entrepreneurs and startup community members.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and remain self-guided in day-to-day work.
