Finance Transformation Project Manager

Location: Onsite in Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: USD 140,000–321,000 annual base salary in Texas; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives from definition through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, governance, meeting cadences, status reporting, and escalation processes.
• Track risks, actions, issues, and dependencies, proactively driving mitigation and resolution.
• Coordinate business, functional, technical, internal, and external partner teams to maintain alignment on deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
• Clarify ownership and decision points, facilitate meetings and working sessions, and prepare project updates, presentations, and leadership communications.
• Support change and implementation activities for new processes, capabilities, technologies, and ways of working while improving project execution and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; the posting specifies 10 years of experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Strong project management skills covering planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, and status reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in an environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong ownership and accountability.
• Project management or change management certification is required.
