Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Integrity - Insurance

What you will do

• Lead Call Center Managers and/or Business Managers, setting expectations for service delivery, KPI performance, data integrity, and reporting discipline.
• Translate business objectives into KPI frameworks, dashboards, management routines, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end BI, reporting, data governance, and modernization projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and change adoption.
• Design, build, optimize, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, scorecards, data models, and automated reporting solutions using DAX, Power Query, SQL, and integrated enterprise data sources.
• Establish data governance, reconciliation, validation, audit, lineage, refresh-control, exception-reporting, and data-quality practices.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, Data Engineering, and executive stakeholders to resolve data issues, present insights, and support data literacy and self-service analytics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of project management experience and 5+ years of advanced Power BI development and enterprise reporting experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading managers and operational teams.
• Deep expertise in data integrity, validation, reporting governance, governance frameworks, audit controls, and operational analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Service, DAX, Power Query, SQL, ETL/ELT concepts, and data modeling.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, enterprise-level reporting transformations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Project Management.
• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or Data Governance certification.
• Experience with call center, workforce management, finance, operational analytics, regulated, or audit-driven environments.
• Knowledge of Azure, Snowflake, SQL Server, Databricks, or modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience with data quality automation and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and workflow orchestration.
