Warehouse Coordinator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain complete and accurate warehouse data in the ERP system.
• Inspect incoming goods and verify their suitability for storage and compliance with required standards.
• Communicate with suppliers daily to manage orders, resolve issues, and support timely deliveries.
• Participate in inventory control processes and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate and perform packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Requirements

• Valid forklift license.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and SAP software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business management.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and lean management principles.
