Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator ANZ (Healthcare)

Location: Old Toongabbie, New South Wales, Australia; full-time onsite role.

What you will do

• Coordinate domestic distribution and export activities across the ANZ network to support customer demand and inventory availability.
• Manage inventory replenishment, stock transfers, warehouse movements, freight requirements, and transport bookings.
• Track shipments, resolve transport disruptions and supply issues, and manage freight exceptions.
• Monitor transportation, distribution, replenishment, and logistics costs while identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, Customer Service, Procurement, third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Analyse performance, maintain master data and reporting, support supply chain projects, and conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, Planning, Inventory Management, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of domestic freight and international export processes.
• Experience coordinating replenishment, inventory, logistics, or transportation activities.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and external service providers.
• Experience managing operational issues, supply risks, and service disruptions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Experience monitoring and reporting logistics or transportation costs.
• Experience managing export shipments and international freight movements.
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Exposure to supplier performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or regulated healthcare supply chains.
